2023 FACES Scholarship Application

Students must meet the following requirements to be eligible:

• Full-time graduating US High School Senior in good academic standing

• Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.0 scale or 3.75 out of 5.0 Scale

• Attending an accredited 2-yr or 4-yr college or university in Fall 2023.

• Students must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
